About the voucherGift vouchers are a lovely way to give someone special the freedom to choose their own piece of jewellery.

- before placing your order, please add the recipient’s name or a short personal message to the order notes
- to redeem the voucher, simply enter its code in the basket before placing your order
- valid for 6 months from the date of purchase; the expiry date is shown on the voucher
- the voucher can be redeemed against one order only
- if the value of the jewellery exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance can be paid separately
- any unused balance is non-refundable
- the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
- the gift voucher cannot be used towards delivery costs; if the full voucher amount is not spent on jewellery, delivery will need to be paid separately

Delivery timePrinted gift vouchers are usually dispatched within three days of receiving payment. A quick and simple way to give jewellery without waiting for it to be made.
