If your jewellery is damaged, you have come to the right place. I will be happy to repair it for you so that you can enjoy it again. If such a situation arises, please do not hesitate to contact me and we will find a solution together. First, please send me an email at info@terezacha.cz.
Please pack the items for repair and send them together with the completed JEWELLERY REPAIR FORM to the workshop address, which you can find directly on the form. If you are unable to print the form, please write the information on a piece of paper and include it in the package.
Jewellery modification
When the jewellery you purchased does not fit as it should.
Jewellery is meant to be worn, so if your piece does not fit as it should, do not hesitate to contact me. Let me help you choose the best size for you.

If you are unable to print the form, please write the information on a piece of paper and include it in the package.

If you are unable to print the form, please write the information on a piece of paper and include it in the package. Bespoke jewellery cannot be replaced.
