You can return your purchased jewellery within 14 days, provided that:

• the jewellery was not custom-made or personalised
• the jewellery has not been worn and shows no signs of use
• it is returned in its original packaging
• it shows no signs of damage

If your jewellery meets the conditions for a return, please use THIS LINK to complete the required information.

Please include the completed WITHDRAWAL FORM in your parcel and send it together with your jewellery to the Packeta drop-off point or studio address specified in the form. If you are unable to print the form, simply write down the required information on a piece of paper and include it in your parcel.
